Shoe was too big, had tried in physical shop and the shoes fit but bought online as they did not have the size for the color I wanted. Have been looking for Mary Janes with arch support and these fit the bill, unfortunately, the shoes fitted too big, even with insoles etc, was still not able to wear it without the shoes falling off mid step. Wished they come in half sizes so that I do not have to purchase it one size bigger.
