Before you pre-order

When will they reach me?

Pre-orders close on 14 September, and yours goes out from 19 September. We will email you the moment it leaves us, tracking and all, so you know exactly when to watch the door.

Can I pick them up in store?

We will bring them to you instead — every pre-order ships straight to your door. And if the size is not quite right, pop into any Sunnystep store within 14 days and we will swap it for you, no fuss.

Why pre-order? Can I not just wait?

You could! But you get first pick while every size is still there. Some colours will run out during the pre-order, and those will not be back until well after the public launch. First in line is the whole point.

What if I get the size wrong?

Then we sort it out. Wear them around the house for a week, and if they are not right we will exchange them free. No breaking-in, no talking yourself into a fit that is not there.

Do I still earn my points?

Yes, exactly like any other purchase. Your points land as usual.
